Love my new tile floors (Pasadena/Robles) throughout my main living areas. The installation was done oh so professionally (Raul). Sally and Scott helped a lot in picking the tile and followed up with me to be sure all was done correctly. This included sending someone to help with the little things that needed to be done to restore the furnishings to the original placement. This was my second job with them and I couldn't be happier.

I am very pleased with the customer service and product (carpet) provided by 24-7 Floors. The staff provided information and education that helped me select the product best suited for my home, which resulted in a positive experience! Thank you 24-7.

"I chose 24/7 floors for my project because Scott and Sally listened to my concerns and wanted to fully please me with excellent customer service. Even when we picked a floor that they did not carry, they went out of their way to open an account with the distributor. When the subcontractor installer did not meet our needs after coming back for a repair, Scott offered to pay for another installer to come back at their expense, to fix it. The also sent a dining card for all the trouble we had getting the project completed. These are people who care and sincerely want to make their customers happy. I would highly recommend 24/7 floors for all my flooring needs!!! "

Excellent customer service. Scott was very knowledgeable about his product and I am pleased with the carpet I selected. The carpet was delivered and installed on the promised date and the installers did an excellent job. Customer service is very important to me and 24-7 Floors is the best.

Wonderful. Scott & Sally's attention to detail is outstanding. I would recommend 24/7 to anyone and will use them again when I have any flooring needs.

The whole process was simple. I stopped in to see their showroom, we scheduled an appointment to have them come out to see the rooms we needed to have completed and Scott brought samples that were within our price range and quality we were seeking. We kept the samples overnight, selected the right flooring for us, and dropped them off the next day...while scheduling the installation appointment for 7 days out. The installers were on time and did a great job. We couldn't ask for a simpler process than this. Thank you 24/7 Floors. We love the floors!
